Since its beginnings, South County Survey Company has been focusing on the individual needs of our clients. We understand that every project is different and therefore, work to find a customized solution for your land development needs. Jim Caldarone has over a decade and a half of experience in the fields of land surveying, land use planning and site development. Jim graduated from Vermont Technical College in 2006 with an A.E. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology. While at Vermont Tech, Jim was the recipient of the 2005 Pierre H. Guillemette Scholarship Award from the Rhode Island Society of Professional Land Surveyors (RISPLS). He served on the Board of Directors for the RISPLS from 2014-2019 and is also a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS). After gaining the required experience and passing both state and national examinations, Jim earned his registration with the State of Rhode Island as a Professional Land Surveyor in 2015. Jim also holds a Class II OWTS Designers License (septic system design) and is a BSF (Bottomless Sand Filter) Trained Designer. Through his experiences Jim has gained the knowledge necessary to efficiently and effectively complete a wide variety of land survey and land development projects.
